Vianen Fecon Filters are used in all Vianen canopies, except for those equipped with the Water Wash systems. The filters are designed by Vianen to extract grease from cooking vapours in commercial kitchen ventilation systems. The Fecon Filters have a high efficiency, because of the centrifugal force in the filter the highest grade of grease extraction is created with an efficiency of 95%.
